The Restriction and Influence Study of the Soil Geochemistry Condition for Lycium Barbarum L.

Lycium barbarum L is edible, and is also officinal. It has high economic value and pharmacological action. Because the geographic location and the natural conditions of the Lycium barbarum L planted in Ningxia is very special, in 2000, the State Department called it the unique producing area of China Lycium barbarum L. the Lycium barbarum L has distinct flavor and superior quality, and has become first-class officinal Lycium barbarum L throughout the country. Based on the connection between the inherent quality (nutrient content) and the chemical composition of the Lycium barbarum L, the abundance and absorbability of the useful elements and the relativity analysis between the elements and nutrient content, this article deduces the special elements that affect the inherent quality of the Lycium barbarum L, then according to analyzing the element contents in the soil, confirms the main high quality producing area. The preliminary analysis has been approved by testing on subzone, and the planting areas are planned.According to above-mentioned studies, following conclusions are obtained: The active ingredients in medicine and table purpose are mainly Lycium barbarum Polysaccharide(LBP) and betaine, and they are negative correlation. If the contents of the amylose and thr betaine are inconsistent, the quality of the Lycium barbarum L will decrease. When the content of the amylose is higher than the standard content, increasing the content of the betaine will be helpful to increase the crop quality; in reverse, when the content of the betaine is higher than the standard content, the content of the amylose will be increased to obtain acidbase balance in the crop. So, it is important to find out a kind of method that can adjust the contents of the betaine (include all nitrogen containing compounds) and glucide (include carbohydrate) in distinctive crops to obtain acidbase balance and to ensure crop's quality, consequently to ensure planning and using. The main characteristic elements that affect the composition of these nutrient contents are K, S, Na, Mo, Ca, Mg, Li, B, these characteristic elements are divided into two kinds of elements that is negative correlative in crops. Among them the K is favorable for composing glucide and the other elements are favorable for composing betaine. If the content of K is high in the soil of the planting area, the contents of other elements will be accordingly high; if thecontent of K is low, the contents of other elements will be accordingly low, then the acidbase balance and quality will be ensured. According to the analysis, the Zhongning area and Chao soil area (Lu Huatai) of Yinchuan champaign are two areas that the contents of the characteristic elements are both high, Zhongning is the main producing area that is named by the State Department and is also the main planting area that is planned by municipality; in the other areas the contents of the characteristic elements are both low, and are the main planned planting areas. The field test approves that, adding the contents of K will evidently affect the crop output, the salinity is negative correlative to glucide while is positive correlative to crude protein, which meets the above conclusions.
