In the background of economical globalization, informationization andknowledgization, there appear new characteristics and new tendency of global division oflabor and industrial division of labor, which has great influence on enterprise productionand industrial development of the whole world, especially of our country. This hasextremely important practical significance of understanding the reforming and thepromotion of Chinese industry, especially "made in China" under the present division oflabor and industrial division of labor. Taking Marxist economic theory as the guidingideology, absorbing the scientific research achievements of industrial economics,international economics and management, and using the theory of modern scientific labor,this article proposes the theory frame of the global division of labor for industry mainlyon mental labor and industry mainly on physical labor, and then reveals that the basicreason for global industrial division of labor is the new development of the division ofphysical labor and mental labor within the industry. This causes the new change of globalindustrial division of labor in the end, that is to say, the choice of superior space byindustry mainly on mental labor and industry mainly on physical labor.Through real diagnosis research and the explanation to new products, newenterprises and new industrial phenomenon under the global industrial division of labor,and based on the angle of view of modern scientific labor, this article has carried onmulti-stratified real diagnosis inspection on "made in China", and objectively analyzesthe present situation, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of "made in China"under modern scientific labor, and has discussed the basic logical way of industrialreforming and promotion of "made in China" under modern scientific labor. The essenceof the enhancement of independent innovation ability and the construction of innovationcountry which we promote with great effort now is consistent with the industrialreforming and promotion of "made in China" under modern scientific labor in the globalindustrial division of labor. The value on the inflow and the cultivation of high-levelelements of production such as knowledge and gradually adjusting and enlarging theproportion of mental labor is the feasible direction of reforming and promotion of modernindustry.
