This paper liquidated the literatures about the theories of company leaders, In particular, about the theories of company leaders' influence. During investigating, the paper started from the fact of company developing, from receivers of leaders' influence, with theories of management and organization or measure. It was the dominating research way that leader and employee affect on each other. The paper has used statistics, for example, broad questionnaire and careful analysis. So it tested the model of "Influence of Chinese General Manager", others and many basic hypotheses. The system of influence of company general managers includes influence inside of organization, influence outside of organization, the situation of influence produce, the relation of influence and achievement, and the relation of influence and appraising from employees. At the same time, a questionnaire of measuring influence of Chinese general manager was finished fundamentally. It will be use for improving general managers' works and selecting excellent general managers. The paper will richen the theory of company leader influence and construct a questionnaire of influence of general manager. At last, the results of the paper may be influent company developing, especially, lead Chinese company leaders to increase their influence, so that more and more prominent entrepreneurs will come forth.
