Uncertain Optimal Construction of Reuse Reverse Logistics Networks

Reverse logistics was brought up in 90's age of 20's century, and its academic research is continually developing by the influence of sustainable development stratagem and developing circular economy. However, by making a comprehensive survey about the recent researches, I find that most of the researches concentrate on the design of reverse logistics networks in determinate circumstances. Reuse as a main form of reverse logistics, the studies about it are not so many, and most of them considered that the structure of the network is simple, and the uncertain factors, complicated government policy and price factors were neglected. The paper's purpose is synthetically consider all kinds of uncertain factors and relative policy and price factors, then propose the method of how to design the reuse reverse logistics network in all kinds of uncertain circumstances, and direct enterprises' practices.For this purpose, the uncertainty of reuse reverse logistics on the aspects of quantity, time and quality is considered respectively, and mathematical models are proposed on how to design reuse reverse logistics networks in the situation of constructing on the original logistics networks, constructing completely new, and constructing by the third party reverse logistics enterprise from the angle of stochastic circumstances, fuzzy circumstances, rough circumstances and fuzzy-stochastic circumstances, then the complicated government policies, price and uncertain return origin are considered on the basis of summarizing the resent researches about the problem of how to design reverse logistics networks.To solve the mathematical models, Hybrid Intelligent Algorithms combined with stochastic simulation, fuzzy simulation, rough simulation, fuzzy-stochastic simulation and mathematical models are designed accordingly, and the numerical value simulation results validated the models and the key parameters are analysed. At the same time, it is meaningful to design reuse reverse logistics networks in the viewpoint of limited periods, so efforts are tried on this. Mixed Integer Programming in the viewpoint of limited periods is proposed in stochastic circumstances, and correlative relations of logistics quantity in every period are considered. Because of the complexity of the model, it is transformed to determinate moded to solve, and the results have referenced values.At last, the design process of reuse reverse logistics networks is explained by the cases of how to construct the reuse peer bottles networks in Tongren, Guizhou. On the basis of synthetical analyze the traffic situations, beer consumption and beer bottles callback situations of Tongren, the callback points, callback centers, key parameters, and mathematical model are confirmed step by step, and correlative advises are proposed. The cases also validate the models proposed in the paper, which provide reference and guidance for enterprises' and governments' practical work.
