Some basis problems about the belief have been analyzed and discussed from the perspective of cultural philosophy.Chapter 1: the cultural nature and cultural composing of belief. Belief is the unique psychological phenomenon of human being which embrances and follows the concept such as worldview, outlook of life and the values. Belief which guilds all other forms of consciousness is the highest form of consciousness. The faith object is surrealistic, the value goal of belief is out of material gain, the expression of faith is non-logical, the faith process is of clear purpose, the orientation of the value of faith is definite. Belief of human being as the most deep-seated structure of the individual spirit leads the entire spiritual world. Thus, the establishment of scientific belief is the core of the ideological and political education.Chapter II: the culture forming of belief.
