Research on the Safeguard System of Specialized Quality for Higher Vocational Education

As Higher vocational education is developing quickly, the development of Higher vocational education has shifted from the extension expansion to the connotation construction, and the main question of it is the quality. Based on these, this study has researched the safeguard system of specialized quality of Higher vocational education with the method of philosophy, systems analysis, vocational education, management science and decision theory, and finally proposes some significance viewpoints. The study is researched as followed:1.The study has discussed concept, the characteristic and the function of specialized quality of Higher vocational education in China; has elaborated status and the function of the Higher vocational education in the entire education system; has analyzed dialectical relations of the Higher vocational education and other education as well as with the region economy coordinated development; has explored the factor both inside and exterior, giving the formula for the setting of specialty; has designed the content frame of the quality of Higher vocational education; has analyzed the corresponding relations of the vocational education school record level and the national professional qualifications rank; has discussed how to communicate and link upthe double certificationof Higher vocational education.2.The study has confirmed the element compositing curriculum system, discussing the relationship of them; has proposed the concept of the curriculum programming for the first time, analyzed the content, the essential, the assignment of the curriculum programming; has studied the beginning of the curriculum programming; has proposed the three dimensions of curriculum, namely the knowledge, the ability and the sensibility, divide curriculum into three structures: the specialized, the module and the subject, and research its logical relation.3.The study has defined and expatiated the concept and resources sharing of practice and training; has conducted the research on the feasibility and form of the learn with produce; has carried on the analysis to cooperation between schools and business with system theory, finding out the balance point of the cooperation between schools and business; has elaborated the concept, the necessity, the method and the significance of the education namedthe order form.4.The study has proposed the concept ofthe double degreewhich is suiting for the teachers working in Higher vocational education, dividing the curriculum into four ranks according to two profundity: the theory and the skill; has carried on the discussion on teaching condition and the constructing method separately.5.The study has established the absolute appraisal target system for satisfactory
