Political identity has been a more and more important issue. One hand, political identity is one of realistic goals which are sought farthest in political system, it's value shows the growing special relationship with political system, even with the existence and operation of the whole society; the other hand, in theoretical study, it has become a important concept closely related to practice and theory in political culture, social politics, political civilization, political development and so on. Therefore, no matter in political governance theory of political organization or in academic theoretical aspect, political identity is doubtless important content which worth researching. Current studies in political identity was mainly from political governance, political cultural aspects, focus on the social value of political identity or not, treat political identity as a standard or measure in political process, but fail in systematic and theoretical study of political identity system in concept, structure, value and influence factors of political identity. These form the theoretical basic of this thesis choosing political identity as the core problem.Political identity of students in university is an important phenomenon in social and political life. The political identity state of students is a reflection of social politics, is a direct reflection of political education effectiveness in college. Study on political identity state of students has high theoretical significance and practical value.
