The Study of the Ethic Management of Educational Objectives

The study of the ethic management, especially the ethic management of educational objectives, is a new perspective of management and education studies. The ethic management is the activity that exercises influence upon the objects, brings harmony and promotes interpersonal cooperation, with conductive authority, social responsibility and moral sensibility, so as to make full use of the resources for the sake of the realization of the preset objectives.The ethic management is of three characteristic properties. The first is authority, the conductive authority. Ethics is not theory study, but practice study and behavior study. Conductive exampling is of more importance than verbal preaching. The second is a freedom. When people have the freedom to choose concerning their own behaviors, they are required to be responsible for their behaviors. This is the precondition of moral evaluation. When people have no freedom of choice, they are not to be determined as responsible. So, all moral behaviors are self-conscious acts naturally taken under no pressure of laws or regulations. This is the characteristic of the ethic spirit. The third property is private refinement. This is the way of evaluation concerning moral accomplishment and moral behavior. Private refinement means that people refine the intercourse of their private life and work, that is, people observe moral principles concerning life and work when they are not
