Exploitation and Application Research on Unpill Double Deck Filtration Medial Filter and Integrated Purifier

Exploitation and application research for water industrial equipment may reduce engineering investment and running, advance water level in our country. New type of water technology of high efficiency and economic is important research in wastewater treatment. Filter is core of water technology. Water and air distributing equally system in filter is key. Now, big resistance punched pipe system, which has large water head loss, can distribute water or air. Long handle filtration head, may assign water and air equally at the same time, which have high price, difficult construction and filtration is easy stopped up. In order to solve it, new equipment must be researched. Unspill double material filter, can be constructed of new basic system, low drainage backwashing wastewater and double filter medial technology, which is characterized by large capacity for storage of solids and long filtration running. It can be used to treat water and wastewater. If don't change structure of filter, it can treat distinct raw water by changing filtration material. Researched unspill filter technique is helpful to spread double bed filter, and is very important to solve practical problem of wastewater treatment. Developed pipe-shaped resistance system, which consist of vertical and horizontal tube. Up vertical tube is air pipe (φ13.5mm) , the bottom of it is in water conservancy irrigation . Across filter concrete slab, it joins to horizontal drainage pipe. On middle and upper of it is washing and drainage air hole. When washed by air, there two air bed in irrigation and horizontal pipe. So can distribute water and air equally. It may stop up filtration head and air hole. Unspill filter backwashing sequence is:(a)air, qa=16.67L/s.m2,t=3min;(b) air-water, qa=16.67L/s.m2, qw=3.45L/s.m2, t=3min; (c)water, qw=15.83L/s.m2,1=3min; stop 1min and drain off wastewater 1min continue to water washing 1 minutes ( qw=15.83L/s·m2). Different form former air-water backwashing, water velocity is 2-2.5 times of general methods. By backwashing the capacity of filtration bed may be revered. There is less plaster (0.074%) and air in filtration medial. After water backwashing, pause 1 minutethen drained off water. In period, because velocity of filtration medial and suspension is different, the former is first to fall under valve, at the same time, suspension stay up wastewater, when open the drainage valve, wastewater can flow then filtration may stay in pond. The efficiency of water-air was better than water backwashing. The limit of raw water parameter was determined. When raw water turbidity is less 20NTU, using microflocculation filtration, on the contrary, using coagulation-flocculation filtrotion, can treat it. Compared with spill filter, developed filler drain off backwashing wastewater by low-level valve. The velocity of backwashing water is high, may reduce air resistance retained in filter layer, and improve the cleaning of filtering medium. It may solve filtering medium losing ,and unspill double material filter may be used popularly. After washing. Water turbidity and productivity stag up on the filtration bed is lower and less, Because of using constant water head, water turbidity is 10-13NTU before filtration. Hence in next filtration beginning, water turbidity is less 1.0NTU. Unspill double deck material filter, which economize on large water and increase water production, can basically solve beginning filtration water.
