Research & Development for Resource Information Supporting System of Advanced Maintenance Technology

Advanced Maintenance Technology (AMT) is used to realize high quality and efficiency maintenance with low cost. However both of the theory and applications of AMT are still immature. So the emphasis of this dissertation is the theory and realization of maintenance resource scheme based on AMT, its theme is presented through developing Resource Information Supporting System of Advanced Maintenance Technology (RISSAMT). This research has obtained the following innovative results:(1) The application framework of maintenance resource scheme based on AMT was provided through expounding the functions and applied range of maintenance resource management, and the mathematic model of RISSAMT is established.(2) The classification, structure description and processing method of information on maintenance resource have been analyzed and explained. The method of eliminating conflicts of maintenance resource information is proposed here.(3) The model and evaluation standard of decision-making of maintenance resource scheme based on AMT are put forward. Then a method of recognizing risk-based maintenance demand, EP algorithm used to make flexible maintenance resource scheme, the model for analyzing the situation between maintenance demand and maintenance resource, correlative analysis of maintenance resource elements and the criterion for calculating the reliabilities of group decision-making used in RISSAMT are also presented.(4) The system of knowledge representation, acquisition and application based on Rough set theory is put forward to improve the level of intelligent decision-making in RISSAMT.(5) The structure and mathematic model of the interfaces between RISSAMT and ERP system are described, and in this model EIP (Enterprises' Information Portal) is used to build new interfaces for RISSAMT. The concept of collaborative maintenance resource scheme based on ERP system is put forward.(6) From the viewpoint of software engineering, the development and management of RISSAMT are explained in detail.At last, the author summarizes the main conclusions and proposes possible future research directions.
