Research on Multi-Agent Based Information Home Systems

With the approach of the trend of global requirement of information and the springing up of home networks, people's livings are changing gradually. And the rapid development of network techniques and crescent cross-disciplinary using of Agent in AI are providing new thoughts and methods to designate and implement smart home systems. This dissertation surmounts the limitation of current research of smart home and focuses on integrated system info and logic frame by analyzing and investigating future home developing directions. The research is significant in the situation that home information just comes into being and its growing is inevitable, by funding experiences and rendering new means for industry developing, its significance are embodied, to reach the goals above, our research focuses on four key issues, which arc as follows:(1) The concept, essence and behavior of the information home, which is still in the sprout period, is analyzed and discussed in detail from its intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. The characters and requirements are discussed from both the microcosmic and macroscopical points. Due to the discussions above, architecture and form of the information home is analyzed for promoting its development and growing-up.(2) To build up home network is an important step to realize the information home, and network integration arrangement is mainly discussed. Whether the network fits in with ordinary home or not, determine whether information home can be accepted and spread. A framework of home network is brought forward based on the combination of Bluetooth and IEEE1394 as well as the wireless encoding technique, which have solved the problem of the connection of different kinds of equipments or systems in home, more over, the basement of the whole system is formed via shielding the otherness by using middleware of the home network.(3) As the aspect of integration of information, we proposed the concept of loosely coupled distributed home information system-LCDIS according to the characteristics of the home information system, and the formal description and solutions are given. The semantic information model of the information home system is established and the conception of home information markup language-HTML is also proposed, key technique issues are lucubrated. So the communication and manipulation among home equipments become more convenient and flexible, it impels the engendering of open system and lays the foundation of intercourse between indoors and outdoors.(4) As the aspect of integration of application, the MAS based Home Administer System-MHAS is brought forward on the basis of constitution and characters of home system. The technology of MAS in AI is used into the management system. A brand-new model of home management is established, which represents the intelligence and individuation as a whole. The principles and techniques of the MAS are discussed and analyzed, some key issues are solved properly, such as: the establishment of Agents, the organization of MAS, the communication and collaboration between agents.The theorization of the information home and modeling of the system lay foundation for following research. All the work is done to reference the development of interrelated industry and to contribute to the informatization of the home system.
