ABSTRACT Acute Cerebral Vessel Disease(ACVD)is one of three death reaons in the world,which is high rate of death and disability .And it can break in all ages.Cerebral Infarction makes up 75%,it endangers human health seriously and brings heavy burden to family and society.If nerve cell is injuried to be irreversible ,it will not be restored,so we should find the reason of disease to prevent it.It is an important research in the medical world. In TCM,we cure ACVD specially with needles in history.And we have gotten satisfactory effect.It has been accepted by the world.A lot of scholars in and out of China have researched it deeply and carefully and have recognized it in pathology and biology.The study discusses ACVD in clinical and experimental research ,in neurology immunity and biochemistry at the same time.It provides theoretical basis for acupuncture.And I contrast the handy aEI(l electronic stimulation to apply to clinics for decreasing the rate of death and disability. Divide all patients into three groups at random:handy needle stiniulation group,electronic needle stimulation group and contrast grouip.After 21 days treatment ,it shows that handy and electronic needle stimulation groups are superior to contrast group in neurological recovery and clinical effect.(P
