Experimental Study of Long-term Effect on Rat's Liver and Bile Duct with Portal Vein of Arterialization

Objective: These problems including the vascular reconstruction and ensuring that liver had enough blood volume were often confronted with in the extended radical operation of hepatohilar cancer and liver transplantation. Therefore, some scholars brought forward vascularreconstruction with portal vein of arterialization ( PVA). Moreover, following the development of hepatobiliary surgical technique, because of it's special anatomical factors, hepatohilar bile duct has become the focus of attention. In our experiment, at first, to discuss the methods to study peribiliary blood plexus(PBP) of hepatohilar bile duct and the constructing form of fibre tissue in extrahepatic bile duct wall. Moreover, to study further that long-term effects on hepatohilar bile duct and liver with limited or unlimited PVA based on PVA rat models , so as to investigate the feasibility to apply this operation method to clinical practice. Methods: 1. To observe PBP's Plane form and spacial structure of rat's hepatohilar bile duct in Chinese ink perfusion and transparency management, three dimensional reconstruction of computer and double-stained histochemistry.2.To establish experimental models:limited and unlimited PVA, liver and hepatohilar bile duct were supplied completely by portal vein blood and blood of PVA after limited flow . To study the long-term effect on rat's hepatohilar bile duct and liver in different operation methods based on these models.3. To observe the tissue constructing configuration of collagen fibers and elastic fibers in rat's extrahepatic bile duct wall by reconstruction, and to compare them with human's extrahepatic bile duct wall. Results: 1.These methods used in our study could show microvascular
