Experimental Study on the Treatment of Damp-heat Syndrome of Seasonal Febrile Disease by Clearing away Heat and Removing Toxic Substances、Cooling Blood to Dissipate Blood Stasis

Damp-heat syndrome of seasonal febrile disease is common disease in clinic. This disease caused by combined pathogenic damp with heat are more complicated and serious than what caused by single pathogenic damp or heat. At present, there are four methods of clearing away heat and eliminating damp: Eliminating pathogenic damp with drugs of fragrant flavour; Relieving fullness with drugs pungent in flavour and warm in property, drying the damp pathogen with bitter and warm-natured drugs; Clearing away heat and drying damp pathogen with drugs of bitter taste and cold nature; Eliminating the pathogenic damp and clearing away heat with bland taste drugs. The etiology of damp-heat syndrome is mixed in yin and yang character, the treatment is more difficult, clinic effect is not good enough and the state of this disease is often lingering and difficult to cure.The study on the syndromes of objectivity is important task of combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and is also the only way to improve the standards of diagnosis and treatment. At present, a lot of work has been done about inquiry of essence of damp and heat syndrome in clinic and experiment aspect. Many studies have been done in the field of etiology, pathology, biochemistry, immunity, hemorheology of damp-heat syndrome, these results are playing important role in guiding the clinical practice.i?Based on the ancients* clinical experiences, modem doctors put forward many new viewpoints about treatment of seasonal febrile disease according to the long clinical practiceand experiment studies. These enrich and develop the theory of pathogenesis and therapeutics of seasonal febrile disease. Activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis not only treat Yingfen syndrome and syndrome of Xuefen, but also play an important part in treating every state of seasonal febrile disease. It is also found that activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis can obvious improve curative effects in treating damp-heat syndrome through the clinical studies. Clearing away heat and removing toxic substances is regarded as important therapeutic to eliminate pathogenic factors and the key to prevent progress of seasonal febrile disease. Based upon these, we try to probe into mechanism of treating damp-heat syndrome of seasonal febrile disease by methods of clearing away heat and removing toxic substances, cooling blood to dissipate blood stasis , objectivity of" blood stasis of damp-heat syndrome of seasonal febrile disease from microcosmic angle through this experiment with model damp-heat syndrome of seasonal febrile disease.Based upon the experiment research, we can conclude :The mechanism of treating damp-heat syndrome of seasonal febrile disease by clearing away heat and removing toxic substance combing cooling blood to dissipate blood stasis may be:antiendotoxin directly; weaken the injury what cytokines TNFx IL-1 made; inhibit the vicious circle what excessive cytokine TNF made; inliibit NO overproduce; reduce TXB2 levels; increase PGF, ?levels; rectify the blance between TXB2 and PGF, ?; improve hemorheology ,blood coagulaton function; rectify blood state of high v
