This research is that applying pulse magnetic acupuncture in scalp points treated patients 30 cases of acute cerebral infarction, contrasting with the 30 cases treated by the normal scalp acupuncture and static magnetic acupuncture. The writer studied the variation among the three groups the pre-post 14 days and pre- post 30minutes in the pulse magnetic acupuncture. The result shows no difference between the pulse magnetic acupuncture and the normal scalp acupuncture (P>O.05). The pulse magnetic acupuncture enhances the plasma t-PA activity comparing to the treatment, lowed the plasma PAL-i activity and increased the plasma D-dimer content after 14 days treatment. Besides, the result also shows that the lower and disappeared wave amplitude, treatment. Above regulating effect was superior obviously than static magnetic acupuncture(P<0.05). Specially, the research showed that lower and disappeared wave amplitude, transmit delay of the pulse magnetic acupuncture group抯 SEP were improved obviously the pre-post 30minutes(P<0.05). Mean while it also increased the velocity middle cerebral arteries the pre-post 30 minutes(P<0.05), and it were improved obviously the pre-post treatment with 30 cases cerebral infarction treated by the pulse magnetic acupuncture. The conclusion is the effect of the pulse magnetic acupuncture group was significantly higher than the static magnetic acupuncture group(P<0.05) and equal to the normal scalp acupuncture (P>0.05). The pulse magnetic acupuncture can strengthen the ability of fibrinolysis, preventing the appearance of thrombus, and improve the blood flow in the MCA. All of them made the impairment of the nerve function being obviously 3improved. The pulse magnetic acupuncture is a new a acupuncture instrument not reported before in the world. By above experimental proof, it is reliable of the treatment cerebral infarction, It has the advantage of no needle damage, no pain and no infection, It is a new method to treat cerebral infarction, and has the clinical value.
