The protection of great ruins & traces is a new lesson that was put forwardrecently on cultural relic protection domain, It was still a vacancy from the definitionsconcept of the great ruins & traces to the establisher of the protection system in ourcountry. In this thesis, the problem was found out that the great ruins & traces existed inour country, the dynamic protective concept of the great ruins & traces was putforward, and its dynamic protection system framework was tried to constitute byanalyzing the cultural relic actuality of the great ruins & traces in China, comparingwith the cultural relic protection method on Europe. First, the concept of the great ruins & traces was defined and itsassoeted ways were studied, in the base of these ways, the valuation system of thegreat ruins & traces were setted up which adopted methods combining with thequantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis together; and the esthetics imago ofthe great ruins & traces were studied from the esthetics angle, its intrinsic estheticscharacteristic was unpuzzled. Second, the dilimitation methods of the great ruins & traces protection scopewere discussed in theory in the thesis, a set of methods in order to resolve thedilimitation of a great ruins & traces protection scope weren found out; and thethought of dynamic program were introduced to the protection realm of the great ruins& traces, its the dynamic protection program were studied and its dynamic protectivemethod were perfected. Again, in the thesis, the correlation between the great ruins & traces and traveldevelopment, ecology, archaeology were investigated, the culture inherited questionof the great ruins & traces were studied too, the useful showing way and classificationmethod were discussed in order to provide a appropriate way for the protectionquestion of the great ruins & traces in our country. Finally, using these above theories and methods had been constructed, in the大遗址遗迹保护问题研究thesis, the protection programming of some great ruins & traces such as Handan Zhaoking's city ruins, Yangyuan Nihewan ruins, and Hebei Dingyao ruins etc.wereestablished and analyzed on practice, and it had made a good result.
