This dissertation is based on the research about enterprise greenlization at home and abroad. Started with the relevant theories of green development strategy, it uses the method of general process for enterprise strategy management to study the system of enterprise green development strategy. At the same time, this article lodges the frame of enterprise green development strategy, and builds up the content and evaluation system of this strategy in order to guide our enterprises to practice green development strategy.First of all, with the advancing of national sustainable development strategy and the rising of green economic wave, many enterprises go on the path of green development, so it is quite necessary to have scientific theories and methods of enterprise green development strategy for direction. In China, the present research on it is still in primary stage, so it is essential to make a careful study on it.Secondly, during the review of strategy thought evolution of the enterprise development, it points out the concept of enterprise green development strategy. Through contrastive analysis of present condition of green development between domestic and foreign enterprises, it expounds the significance of practicing green development strategy for an enterprise.Thirdly, it sums up the theory basis of enterprise green development strategy, including relevant theories of west economics, sustainable development, ecology economics, environmental ethic, strategy management and knowledge management.Fourthly, it builds up the system of enterprise green development strategy on the aspects of strategy thought, strategy content, general process of strategy establishment and implement, and the approach of strategy implement.Fifthly, on the basis of summarizing of enterprise green innovation, it analyses enterprise green innovation strategy and emphasizes the enterprise green technology and green management innovation. Green technology innovationincludes both green technology innovation and green product innovation, while green supply chain management is mainly discussed in green management innovation.Sixthly, started with corporate identity, it analyzes green corporate identity strategy, including the constitutes of green corporate identity, the significance of building green corporate identity, the establishment and implement of green corporate identity strategy.Seventhly, it analyzes enterprise green marketing strategy. To achieve the goal, it mostly introduces green product life cycle strategy, green marketing combination strategy and green trade strategy.Eighthly, it constitutes the evaluation system of enterprise green development strategy in the way of management, product and benefit. This system is made up of ISO 14000, green product evaluation system and corporate benefit green evaluation system.Ninthly, taking Hubei TianRong Group Corp as a case, this article studies enterprise green development strategy and introduces its green development practice, in which there are still some problems. Following with that, it presents several relevant measures and establishes the whole green development strategy.Finally, It conducts a summary of the theories and methods of enterprise green development strategy, and predication on further study in this area.
