Under the market economy, having gained enough information & analyzed the economic situation,any operating subject,for sake of its own development,decides to compete or coroperate with other principal parts.It can be taken that any system is the last result of contest between two or more than two sides,which also serves agricultural industrial management emerged after the second world war in those developed countries. While in China,industrial management appeared as a new phenomenon in 1990s in the flourishing areas,being another great pioneering system following family contract responsibility system & ownship enterprises. Being a significant part in agriculture,animal husbandry strengthen its position & enhances its role increasingly especially in the middle---west area. As it makes up over fifty percent of agriculture's value of output,animal husbandry becomes an important way for farmers to get with. After china's entering into the WTO in 2001,animal husbandry assumes the role of competitive industry whose advantage becomes greater & greater. And as a main transforming way from traditional animal husbandry to modern animal husbandry, the mode of animal husbandry's industrial management can solve many problems such as the contradiction between small-scale production & big market,the weak role of farmers etc. so from both theoretical & practical points of view,this mode exists reasonably & pragmatically. No matter from which point,Industrial management is an important issue to us. A large amount of research work has been done in the aspect of plant products' industrial management, but less in animal husbandry's industrial management,which is evident in the blankness of some of its aspects. And the researchers have only concentrated on the industrial management's managing mode, performing mechanism & social sevice system etc. In recent years, some work has been done in industrialmanagement's risk, risk defeeding & controlling. The research on the relationship between industrial management & the market, industrial management & products, industrial management & sales marketing, however, still has never been concerned.The author here endeavor to dissertate animal husbandry's industrial management deeply & systemtically discuss this problem from macroscopic view to middle grounds to microscopic view. This paper show opinion on the theory,practice,managing result & risk of agriculture's industrial management according to every nation's experience in animal husbandry's industrial management & our country's practice in different areas. The main points of this dissertation are as follows: Chapter 1. This chapter limits correctly the connotation of animal husbandry's industrial mangement. We all know that a clear & exact definition is the precondition & foundation of analyzing & research. The industrial management of animal husbandry means the extending from more field of producing to the fields of division of machining & currency of products. Thus the field of animal husbandry becomes a complete system concluding antematal period, producing period & puerperal period. The problem of whether every operating subject comes together into a whole community is the basic condition of measuring whether the industrial management has been achieved. While another mode being opposite to industrial management is the absolute seperation between producing & currency.Chapter 2. The main contents of this chapter are to expound the basic theories of animal husbandry's industrial management.
