And the world's economy is becoming a network. In the network of the world's economy, each economic event must have some influence on others and must have been influenced by the others. The economic system of the world is a non-liner, multi-feedback complex system. Under this background, the research of the economy is changing in its content and method by the use of the complex science.In this paper, we have studied the evolutionary modeling of complex economic system by the use of complex adaptive system and artificial intelligence. And we have concluded the feature of the complex economic system and its evolution. Then, we have established the agent-based method of economic system evolutionary model and concluded its steps.The adaptive micro economic agents construct the complex economic system. Those micro economic agents can adapt their environments actively. Because the differences of the information and the resource they have, individual rationality, the process of individual decision marking and the dimension of time, those micro economic agents have different functions and status in the complex economic system. Then, we have classified those agents into three types: rigid economic agent, flexible economic agent and half-flexible economic agent. Next, we have given their logic structure and physical structure, and described their running course.Based on the micro economic agents' model, we have set up the multi-agents model of complex economic system evolution. Then we have set up the communication mode, the socialistic model and study model of the multi-agents model.At last, we have studied the price-making decision system of the oligarch monopolize firm with the help of the Swarm.
