Therefore it is important to develop subway vehicles observation and control system which conforms to the Chinese national condition, which have the positive significance to reducing the investment cost of the subway constructs and realizing the Chinese subway manufacture domestically. This paper introduces the synthesis test system research work of metro bogie in our country as the following aspects.1. In order to guarantee the subway high quantity, high efficiency, high security run, the subway manufacture of the whole world must accord to the profession standard to check metro bogie. Basing on our country testing task need of metro bogie, we researched the comprehensive test platform of the metro bogie lately. This test project is as: The wheel pair was exerted transverse and vertical force to simulate different loading condition of vehicle of subway in the platform, and under different load pressure, measured force deliver and transform of metro bogie, thus surveyed load bearing parameter values of subway bogie. A new self-adaptive genetic algorithm (SAGA) is put forward in view of control demand of electro- hydraulic servo system of metro bogie comprehensive test platform, which adopted gene as unit to carry out evolution operation. Using adaptive degree as performance index to gene arrangement in current biological population, self-adaptive gave overlapping and variation probability, which made process more reasonable, and supplied phase margin as penalty function of adaptive degree, and considered oneness of time domain and robustness of the system. The experiment proved that GA algorithm obtains optimized PID parameters of electro-hydraulic servo system, which has obtained satisfactory result in practical application.2.Metro bogie is the important parts of subway vehicle, its function decides stability, safety and comfort of subway vehicle run, so it is necessary to do load experiments before assembling train and using motorcycle. Especially, in recent years, high speed, convenience, heavy carry become development direction of subway, which set higher request to metro bogie various function parameters. According to the demand of metro bogie dynamic performance test, using metro bogie synthesis measure device obtain data that is from eight inductance displacement sensors and four weight sensors which are installed on 1st hanging device, which convert metro bogie transverse and vertical rigidity, and adopted D-S evidence theory to complete rigidity multiple sensor data fusion, thus quickly and exactly realized appraisal task.
