Research on Maintenace Scheduling Problem of Distribution Network

Prsently, Most reseaches on maintenance scheduling problem are focused on unit maintenance scheduling, however, the study on distribution maintenance scheduling is still in the early stage.This paper summarized the theory and achievement of maintenance scheduling problem, and analyzed the actuality of maintenance scheduling work.On the basis of these analysis, this paper acquired four innovative results as follows:(1) Established optimal model of distribution maintenance scheduling problem.On the basis of the analysis of pratical work, this paper divided the optimal problem into two relative problems which is maintenance time optimal problem and load transferring optimal problem. By the iterative optimaizing of the two problems, it can get a best plan.(2) Applied an improved genetic algorithm to solve time optimal problem. The improvements include: By selecting proper free variable to get rid of the equation constraints influence; By constructing a more reasonable fitness function to survive a part of infeasible individual which have excellent genes to improve the performance of gentic algorithm; Construct an adaptive mutex stratege which applied tabu searching to get mutex individual when the population is diversiform enough and changed into uniform mutex when the diversity of population lower downto a limit.(3) Applied an improved heuristic algorithm to solve load transferring problem. The improved algorithm combined the heuristic rules and therestoring tree cutting.With these rules, it could only generate one restoring tree and accelerate calculating speed. At the same time, this paper introduced aloss comparetache in the cutting process, which coule overcome the deficiency of heuristic rules that could not realize the goal of decreasing network loss.(4) Designed the main function module of distribution maintenance scheduling simulation system.The two core functions were: Applying the model and algorithm presented in this paper, the simulation system offered an optimal plan to assist user making decision; Providing a graphic interface to user with which user can simulated network topologic of maintenance, then system gave a complete information which contained shielding load, equipment current, node voltage and so on.
