Research on Ship Collaborative Design and Intelligent Resource Allocation Method

At present, the ship design technology is experiencing revolutionary change internationally. During this course, because of the close combination of the concurrent and collaborative design technology and CAX with database, the ship design process will exhibit it priority step by step. Thus, using CAX to improve the ship design system and management level and efficiency is the effective measurement to improve the competitiveness of the domestic ship industry. Meanwhile, the computer aided collaborative tools and systems will be the indispensable demand of the ship design which will develop aiming at the integration, network and intelligence ultimately.In this dissertation, the emphasis is mainly put on the ship collaborative design model, task distribution, the structure of the collaborative design team and the comprehensive evaluation and optimized selection of the intelligent resource.At first, the background of the project and the collaborative design and its relevant technology are summarized. The key technologies for the realization of the ship collaborative are discussed. The status quo of the relevant domestic and foreign researches is stated comprehensively. The data exchange is necessary for the collaborative design, then the widely used data exchanging technologies presently are introduced, of which the importance of the STEP and XML in the ship product data exchange is elaborated mainly.The ship collaborative design needs the cooperation between the designers, thus, the ship collaborative design process model and task distribution are discussed. A proper ship collaborative design process model should not only reflect the static properties of the design process, but also its dynamic properties. According to the characteristics of the ship design, the corresponding process model is established. While the appropriate task decomposition is the precondition of the collaborative, thus, the method is put forward creatively to decompose the ship design into project/design task/design activity, at the same time, the concepts of collaborative domain, task accepting index and task accepting risk coefficient are proposed. Meanwhile, the matrix organizing model of the ship collaborative design is established and the workflow control is described based on Petri net and Agent. It provides the guarantee for the successful practice of the ship collaborative design.The goal of the decomposition and distribution of the ship design project is to distribute the design tasks to the corresponding collaborative design team to finish the whole project. While the forming of the team should based on the evaluation of the intelligent resource in order to select better ones. Thus, the intelligent resource team model of the ship collaborative design is established creatively and the remote resource registration mechanism and the resource price index are introduced. With this, the evaluation model of the intelligent resource is formed. It can provide the quantitative data for the team leader for the optimized selection. Meanwhile the evaluation case is shown.In order to improve the design quality and minimize the design cost, when we select the intelligent resource for each design task, it needs to ensure several candidates for the optimization. Based on the concept and characteristics of the intelligent resource, the intelligent resource optimizing model is built. For the defects of the genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing (SA) algorithm, the GA-SA hybrid algorithm is put forward and it is used to optimize the intelligent resource with actual case.After the discussion of the ship design process decomposition, intelligent resource evaluation and its optimization, according to the established models and the proposed concepts, the ship collaborative design prototype is developed. Through this prototype, the reliability of the ship collaborative design process model and task decomposition, the intelligent resource team model and its evaluation and optimization.The ship collaborative design process model and task decomposition method, the intelligent resource team model and its evaluation and optimization model discussed here make some theoretical research for the ship collaborative design. Some functions of the collaborative design have been achieved in the prototype, and it has certain referring value for the later research.
